My home away from home
Haven Beauty Collective truly feels like my “home away from home.” When I moved from Iowa to Minnesota in January 2023, starting from scratch with my clientele, I knew I wanted to rent a space. After discovering Julie’s Instagram, I met with her and Ingrid, and instantly knew Haven was where I belonged. They offered everything I was looking for—support, cleanliness, a welcoming aesthetic, and a space where I could thrive. Thanks to their marketing and energy, within just four months, I had a full book of clients and transitioned to a full-time lease.
Since joining Haven, I’ve grown both personally and professionally. Julie and Ingrid have supported me as I expanded my service menu, even offering extra space for permanent jewelry and encouraging my most exciting venture—my permanent makeup apprenticeship under Julie, which begins in February 2024. The sense of collaboration at Haven is unmatched, and I couldn’t be more grateful to be part of this incredible community.
